Shipping Details
Orders are estimated to ship in April-May from the United Kingdom via Transglobal Express, Parcels2go, Evri, or Royal Mail, and should be delivered within 14 days.
Before shipping begins, we will have an address change form up for anyone who's moved during the meantime. Follow and turn on notifications to our tumblr or twitter accounts to be notified.
Tracking info will be sent to the email given to the order when shipping begins.
The digital zine will be "shipped" via email after shipping has concluded. Digital products are NOT an instant download.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
As this is a pre-order project we do not accept returns or exchanges for products after the pre-order period has ended.
If you have changed your mind during the pre-order period and would like to cancel your order, fill out the contact form with your order number and desire to have a refund and you will be refunded with no questions asked.
All sales are final. For any issues such as a missing or damaged package, email us at [email protected] or through the contact form with your name used, address, and order number. If a package arrives damaged, please include photos/video of the box and damaged merchandise. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement, but we will try our best to do so.
Tax, Customs, and Shipping Fees
Sales tax is NOT charged to any country outside of the US and Puerto Rico. The customer is, however, responsible for any customs fees they incur.
Shipping is not included and will appear during checkout. All packages will have tracking and/or a signature requirement.
If you live in a country where the option to ship hasn't appeared and is not on the restricted country list below, tag us on twitter, tumblr, or email us at [email protected] with what country you're in so we can add the option to ship.
Restricted Countries:
- Palestine (Gaza) (If you live in an area governed by the Palestinian Authority that is not Gaza we can ship there)
- Syria
If we are not able to ship to a country due to current events despite offering to during pre orders we will announce this info on our socials and you will be either be entitled to a full refund or, if possible, have the opprotunity to use a package forwarding service and pay the difference in extra shipping.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or Paypal, both of which has a high level of security on all transactions.

The c!Dream zine is a fan made fanzine project with no affiliation to Dream, the Dream Team, or the official DSMP content creators.
All contributors maintain copyright over their fanwork and are free to share or sell what they created after the donation to charity is made.
